Bookings for events will open weekly, at 7pm, 2 weeks in advance.
To book, you will need to be logged-in to one of MyScottishGolf App, NEGolfAlliance.co.uk or ScottishGolf.org. To login to any of these options you will require your ScottishGolf membership number (aka CDH Number) and password (same login/password for all three).
You may book for yourself and other Alliance members at the same tee time. If booking for others, it is easier if they are set-up as "Friends" in system. This can only be done using the MyScottishGolf App, and Friends need to accept this (also in MyScottishGolf App).
It is not possible for members to book guests via App or Web. Please contact one of committee to add a guest (if sufficient space)
*** Recommendation *** There have been some issues with using Web Site for bookings, particularly around time bookings open. So it is recommended to use MyScottishGolf App to make (or modify) bookings.
Booking using MyScottishGolf App
- From "Tee Booking", select the NE Alliance and Event Date
- Add other Players (Player 2, 3, 4)
- Save to finalise booking
Booking may be subsequently view/changed/cancelled in App from "Dashboard", under "Bookings" Tab.
Waitlist functionality is not currently available.
Booking using NEGolfAlliance.co.uk or ScottishGolf.org
- Login to either web site (Member Login or Golfer Login respectively)
- Goto "Tee Booking"
- In Members Section of Alliance website, or
- From "Book a Tee Time" in ScottishGolf website.
- Select appropriate date/time
- Book for self, and other Players (Player 2, 3, 4)
- Friends may be selected
- Can also search for other golfers, but can only choose NE Alliance members.
- Submit and Finalise to complete booking
Booking may be subsequently view/changed/cancelled by returning to the booking in Web.
Waitlist functionality is not currently available.
Notes:
- When selecting other players in your group, you can only select other members who are not already booked that day.
- No money will be taken from your account (Competition Account) at time of booking.
- Cancellations after ~6:30am on day of event will still be billed.
- ** New 2024** Cancellations after 8:00am on Tuesday before event will be billed 50% of fee (i.e. £10)
- Before each event your Competition Account should have sufficient funds available (£20.00 per event), and have paid your Annual Subscription.
- Competition Account can be topped-up with MyAccount in App, NEGolfAlliance.co.uk or ScottishGolf.org
- Your bookings will be processed as Event "registrations" on the day of the event.
- Your Competition Account will be debited on (or shortly after the day of event).
